BP1700 is a high-density, abrasion resistant polyurethane (PU) tooling material that has been designed for use in a range of applications including vacuum forming, thermoforming, hammer & metal forming, foundry patterns & pattern plates and Reactive Injection Moulding (RIM).

BP1700 is available in a range of board dimensions, with compatible material adhesives, repair pastes, sealers and release agents.
Boards must be stored indoors on a flat, dry surface. Avoid temperature variations during transportation and storage.
